There is rarely a perfect US–Asia working-hour overlap. A useful plan makes the trade-off visible, checks the actual meeting date and shares the inconvenience instead of quietly assigning it to the same office every week.

Start with the least disruptive windows

For New York and East Asia, an early US morning often maps to the Asian evening. For Los Angeles, even an early morning can be late at night in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo or Seoul. If a late-evening Asian call is unsuitable, the alternative is usually an early Asian morning paired with the previous US afternoon.
